Booking Your Pre-Onboarding Call

In this section we will go over the requirements needed to “Go-Live”. The purpose of the pre-onboarding call is to review the steps from “Start” to “Go-Live,” aiming to get your account live as quickly as possible. Based on the complexity of your inventory, this process can take 7-10 days.


Onboarding Plan

  1. Review the Client Information Form previously completed 
  2. Configure your Ecommerce Platform for Integration
    1. Share API keys, secret and give access rights for API connection (refer to document Fulfillment - Shopify Integration or Fulfillment: Woo Commerce Integration
    2. Configure your SKUs accurately
    3. Set up a warehouse location
    4. Set up shipping methods
    5. Set up your payment methods
    6. Set up bundles
  3. Pre-Inbound
    1. Send all inbound documents to Quiqup Fulfilment Operations
      1. Advanced Shipping Notice (Click here for template)
      2. Commercial Invoice of goods to be inbounded (Click here for template)
      3. Packing List (Click here for template)
      4. Packing Declaration (Click here for template)
      5. Bill of Lading (if coming directly from importer)
    2. Book 15mn Pre-Inbounding call here with 24h prior notice, if needed
  4. Inbound
    1. Click here to schedule an Inventory Inbounding slot
    2. Inbound slots need to be booked 48hrs in advance, and the goods must arrive during the booked timeslot. Quiqup reserves the right to refuse an inbound shipment if the inbound slot is not respected.
