Share API keys, secret and give access rights for API connection (refer to Fulfillment - Shopify Integration or Fulfillment: Woo Commerce Integration).
Configuring your E-Comm Platform Products
Data | Requirement | Comment |

SKU Code | Required | Required for all products and their variants. Each product should have a unique SKU code that makes it identifiable. The same product of different sizes should all have different SKU codes. |
EAN/UPC Code | Required | Same as barcode on the product. If products are unbarcoded, a barcoding fee will apply during inbound |
Product Image | Required | |
Retail Price | Required | |

|
Country of Origin | Required for International only | |

⚠️ Quiqup needs to be informed of any changes made to SKU information above after the initial integration. Without doing so, your inventory will not synchronize accurately to your platform and orders for those SKUs will not be fulfilled. Each SKU on your platform should be unique (different SKU code) otherwise Quiqup will not be able to manage inventory and orders accurately.
Example of a duplicated SKU on shopify:
Setting a fulfillment location
Since your stock can be in multiple locations (Quiqup Warehouse or your own stores/warehouses), a separate location needs to be set for Quiqup to give you inventory visibility on items held by Quiqup. This location needs to be set as your default location at the initial time of integration and synchronization.

Setting up shipping methods
If you decide to offer multiple types of shipping options to your customers, they need to be named accurately and the mapping of each shipping option to Quiqup services needs to be done by our team.
Once your shipping methods and pricing are set, please inform us with the following format example:
E-Comm Platform Shipping Method | Quiqup Equivalent |
---|---|
Next Day Shipping (UAE / order before 10pm) | Next Day |
Same Day Shipping (DXB, SHJ, AUH only / order before 1pm) | Same Day |
4h delivery (DXB only / order before 6pm) | 4H |
Worldwide outside UAE | DHL International |
Refer to the Shopify help guide or Woo Commerce help guide to set-up shipping methods, restrict them to certain geographies, and price them accurately. Please note that you are free to input the rates that you want for each shipping method, and this is not the responsibility of Quiqup.
Please note that you are free to input the rates that you want for each shipping method, and this is not the responsibility of Quiqup.
For International orders outside the UAE, a separate agreement and rate card must be signed between the client and DHL before being able to process orders. For DDU shipments (duty unpaid) - customers will be contacted by the shipper to pay for the customs and duties.
⚠️ Quiqup will not be able to process orders for which a shipping method has not been mapped to our internal services. Quiqup needs to be informed of any changes or additions to your shipping method naming prior to going live with orders.
Payment Methods
Orders with Quiqup fall in two categories: Pre-paid or Paid-on-delivery. While you may offer multiple types of payment methods on your e-commerce platform, it is critical for Quiqup to accurately identify which of your payment method should be mapped as Paid-on-delivery so that Quiqup can collect payments from customers either through cash or card and remit the amounts to you on a recurring basis as agreed in your contract.
⚠️International shipping partners (outside UAE) currently do not accept Paid-on-delivery. Please ensure this option is not available to your customers for shipments outside of the UAE. Quiqup will not be responsible for collecting these payments.
Setting up Bundles
⚠️ Please inform Quiqup if you are setting up Bundles so we can conduct test orders before going live.
Shopify
Bundles can be set-up easily in Shopify via the 1st part Shopify Bundles app. Each bundle must have a unique SKU number, and all of the items it contains must also have all of the required SKU information.
Inventory for each bundle will be determined by the lowest inventory count of its component SKUs.
Woo Commerce
Bundles can be set-up in Woo Commerce as well - however the bundle information is not always passed on correctly. After you set-up your bundles in Woo-Commerce please inform the Operations team at Quiqup for us to ensure that the information is received accurately. This will be done through test orders.
Inventory for each bundle will be determined by the lowest inventory count of its component SKUs.
Order Routing
Shopify has an order routing feature which ensures orders are directed to the correct fulfillment locations. This features enables Quiqup to only receive orders assigned to the location created (Quiqup WH). Quiqup will only be responsible to fulfill those orders.
