Quiqup has partnered with Returns Prime, a 3rd party app on Shopify, to integrate their returns process with our systems. The objective is to facilitate the management of returns for our Shopify clients, and have a direct integration to the Quiqup system.
Set-up
Clients should go through the set-up of their Returns Prime app by following the in-app guide or contacting Returns Prime support. Quiqup is not responsible for the configuration of the App, apart from providing the access keys to the logistics integration.
Please note that while Returns Prime offers Exchanges, Quiqup does not currently offer them and they should be disabled.
Send your customers a packing list of the items with the barcodes ot include in the Return package.
Logistics Integration
To finalize your set-up, your will require to set-up the logistics integration with Quiqup. Please contact johnson@quiqup.com or your account manager to receive your Client ID and Client Secret to complete the next steps.
