Collection of Returns by Quiqup
- Return requests placed before midnight on the day, will be collected the following day from the customer.
- Customers will receive a whatsapp text to confirm a courier will pick up the order the following day.
- ⚠️ Quiqup couriers bring a Quiqup pouch to support at the time of pickup. If the items collected do not fit in a pouch they must be sealed by the customer in the original packaging. Quiqup will refuse collection of non-sealed Returns.
- Depending on the location of the order, the order will be brought back to the Quiqup Warehouse on the same day, or the following day for farther Emirates.
Electronic Items
Quiqup does not accept electronic items for returns. Clients should not place return orders with Quiqup for electronic items, as Quiqup will not accept liability for these.
Your Return Policy and Refunds
We strongly encourage you to have a clearly defined return policy on your website. Quiqup does not currently offer exchanges, and does not issue refunds to customers.
