Retrieving portions of your stock is possible with sufficient notice.
For small stock retrievals of less than 10 items, you may place an order to yourself directly through your e-comm platform.
For large stock retrievals, please book a stock retrieval slot at least 48hrs in advance and inform the team of what stock you wish to retrieve, if you will collect or if you wish for Quiqup to deliver. Please note that depending on the size of the retrieval, Quiqup may require more time to prepare the order.
