Checking Inventory Levels

Modified on Fri, 5 Apr at 12:14 PM

You can check your inventory levels directly on Quiqdash in addition to checking them on your e-commerce platform as our internal Warehouse Management System syncs inventory directly to your platform.

In the Inventory view, our fulfillment partners can see the stock count of their products in the Quiqup warehouse. We provide the following details to partners:
  1. Name: This is the name of the product.
  2. SKU: SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit, which is a unique code that identifies the product.
  3. Incoming: This represents the stock that the partner has sent to the warehouse, also known as inbound stock.
  4. Committed: This refers to the stock that is currently being picked and packed for new orders.
  5. Available: This shows the remaining stock that is available in the warehouse.
  6. Status: We have three different statuses:

    1. In Stock: This means the product is available in sufficient quantity.
    2. Running Low: This indicates that the stock is getting low and may need to be replenished soon.
    3. Out of Stock: This means the product is currently not available in the warehouse.

NOTE - your inventory should automatically synchronize to your e-commerce platform as well.
