In the Analytics view, you can access data and insights about their domestic UAE deliveries. Depending on the selected filter data range, you can find the following information:
- Delivered orders: The total number of orders that have been successfully delivered.
- Success rate: The percentage of successful deliveries out of the total attempts.
- Number of attempts: The number of delivery attempts made for the orders.
- Order status: The current status of the orders, such as delivered, in transit, or failed.
- Delivered orders by date: The number of orders delivered on each specific date.
- Failed order reasons: The reasons why certain orders have failed to be delivered.
- Details of failed orders: More information about the specific orders that have failed to be delivered.
- Return to Origin (RTO) orders: Orders that need to be returned to the partner.
- Client orders: This is where partners can download the raw data related to their orders.
